- Host of the U.S. Department of Energy's Better Buildings Alliance, advancing efficiency solutions across major building portfolios (e.g. Hilton Hotels, CBRE) in partnership with chief engineers and architects overseeing renovations and new construction.
- Co-author of widely adopted tools and guidance including Model Regulations, Sustainable Procurement frameworks, Market Monitoring and Enforcement systems, Impact Assessments, and Financial Mechanisms.
- Co-founder of the first Center of Excellence for Sustainable Cooling and Cold-Chain in the Global South, launched under a Cabinet-approved National Strategy.
